  中国果品流通协会 成立于1991年,是由从事果品生产、流通、加工、储藏的企业、果品专业合作社、地方协会、科研教学单位以及为果品产业服务的相关企业等自愿结成的全国性、行业性、非营利性社会组织,是经民政部登记注册的社团法人。本会的宗旨是:以习近平中国特色社会主义思想为指导,贯彻落实党的十九大精神,坚持会员为本、服务至上,履行服务、协调、自律、维权职能,发挥桥梁纽带作用,为企业、为会员、为果农提供服务,反映行业诉求,规范企业行为,促进果品行业高质量发展。

  The China Fruit Marketing Association (CFMA) was established in 1991 as a nationwide non-profitable fruit industry corporation under the registration ofChina’s Ministry of Civil Affairs. It is joined voluntarily by enterprises engaged in the fruit production, marketing, processing, and storing, fruit specialized cooperatives, local societies, research institutes, and other relevant enterprises serving the fruit industry. The CFMA operates in accordance with the requirements and guidance of the socialist market economy and Scientific Outlook on Development and adhere to the members-and-service-oriented principle. Its purpose is to implement the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress, to serve the enterprises, members and farmers by exercising the function of serving, coordinating, self-disciplining, and protecting rights and interests as the bridge and link among different sectors, to reflect the fruit industry appeal, and regulate enterprise operations in order to promote well-rounded, balanced and sustainable development of the fruit industry.

  本会会长鲁芳校(中华全国供销合作总社巡视员),副会长兼秘书长张庆丰。协会秘书处下设:综合部、信息部、会员部、会展培训部、项目部。

  The chairman of the CFMA is LU Fangxiao, the Inspector of the All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives. Mr. ZHANG Qingfeng is the CFMS’ Vice President as well as its Secretary General (legal representative). The CFMA secretariat consists of the General Department, Information Department, Member Department, Exhibiting & Training Department and Project Department.

  本会的业务范围是:(一)开展果品行业的调查研究,反映行业诉求,指导行业发展,向政府有关部门提出行业规划和政策等方面的建议,为政府决策提供依据。(二)制定并监督执行行规行约,制止、纠正违规违法行为,加强行业自律,维护公平竞争,处理和协调行业内部、会员单位之间的经济利益关系,建立和维护公开、公正、公平的生产、经营和市场秩序。(三)根据市场需要,开拓市场,满足美好生活需求,培育新型经营主体,发展流通新业态、新模式,促进果品产业高质量发展和果品流通现代化。(四)组织本行业的信息交流,办好会刊、信息专刊、网站等,为会员、行业和果农提供信息和咨询服务。(五)组织和举办果品展销会、博览会和广告宣传,组织企业经营管理经验交流、理论研讨、学术交流、论坛等活动,发展与行业相关的社会公益事业。(六)接受委托组织科技成果评价和推广应用,开展技术交流与合作,组织行业培训和业务考察。(七)开展诚信建设、精神文明和生态文明建设。(八)接受委托制定果品行业的相关标准,按照有关规定经批准后组织优质果品评审活动,提高果品质量,保障果品安全。(九)代表中国果品流通行业参加国际果品流通行业组织的活动,发展与其他国家果品行业组织的友好往来和贸易关系,接受会员委托,提出反倾销诉讼和应对诉讼,维护中国果业的利益。(十)其他有关业务工作。

  The functions of the CFMA are as follows: first, to carry out fruit industry research and investigation to comprehend and grasp the current situation and guide the industry; to provide suggestions on fruit industry development and production and marketing policies to relevant governmental departments as well as evidence for their decision-making. Second, to make and supervise the implementation of the industry regulations, put an end to and rectify violations of the regulation, and enhance industry self-discipline and protect fair competition; to handle and coordinate the economic interest relationship among members to establish and maintain the order of the production,operations and market open、just and fair. Third, According to the needs of the market, we help our members to expand the market, create a good life, cultivate new management bodies, develop new modes of circulation and promote the high quality development of fruit enterprises.  Fourth, to provide information and counseling to members, enterprises、the industry and the fruit growers by organizing fruit-related information communication and publishing proceedings of conferences, information monograph, website, etc. Fifth, to organize and hold fruit industry expo, trade fair and advertising, enterprises experience exchange, theory researches, academic symposiums, etc., as well as develop social and public welfare undertakings related to the fruit industry. Sixth, to hold assessment and promote the application of the fruit science and technology outcomes, advance technology communication and cooperation,and organize various fruit-related trainings and business review. Seventh, to further integrity building within the industry and promote cultural and ideological progress. Eighth, to improve the fruit quality and ensure its safety through establishing related fruit industry criteria on commission and organize high quality fruit appraisal activities with approval of relevant regulations. Ninth, to attend international fruit marketing activities on behalf of China fruit industry and develop friendly communication and trade relationships with fruit industry organizations in other countries; to protect the benefits of domestic fruit industry by filing anti-dumping suit and responding to lawsuit commissioned by members. Tenth, other business related.

  我国是果品生产大国,也是果品消费大国。进入新时代,我国经济由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,果业发展面临前所未有的新机遇。热诚欢迎业界同仁加入中国果品流通协会,坚持绿色发展、质量兴果、品牌强果,凝心聚力,共谋发展。为决胜全面建成小康社会,实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦做出应有贡献。

  China is a big fruit production country, and it is also a big fruit consumption country. At present, the fruit industry faces new situation, opportunity and challenge as it is undergoing fundamental change from quantitative expansion to quality upgrade and fruit marketing from traditional business mode to new forms of business. We extend our warmest welcome to all colleagues to join the China Fruit Marketing Association.

  We will adhere to green development, high quality, famous branding for the fruit industry development and seek common development. To make a full construction of building a moderately prosperous society and to make contribution for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
